Long story short: Their tech Kent Bailey didn't fix what he was…read moresupposed to fix, SEXUALLY HARASSED me when his stepson/assistant wasn't around, and then denies it to his boss, the owner Chris, who tells me that 1) it's "he said she said" and 2) since I didn't call it sexual harassment when I first called and complained, that I can't later call it sexual harassment. This is called victim blaming. I was upset while trying to process what just happened as I was reporting it AND trying to get the company to send out a new tech because the creepy tech didn't fix the issue. LONG STORY: Their tech Kent Bailey didn't fix something properly in July 2025, which was made evident after the issue came back in May 2026 after the spring maintenance in March. Wednesday June 3, 2026 he came and blew in a hose on the mini split which of course didn't fix it. He also said "I'd never want to do anything to make you mad." red flag. I texted him Saturday because the issue got worse - ice and condensation. He said he'd come back Tuesday. I asked if I needed to alert the office. He said no. He came back Tuesday June 9th and made sure to wait til his stepson was not around to sexually harass me at both the start and end of the service call. Coming into my house: "I wanted to say 'hi, sweetheart' but I know you wouldn't like it" to which I said, "No, I wouldn't." And when leaving, (after still not fixing the issue) he said "I've been thinking about you since I was here last week and you're just so attractive. There's something about you. I know you don't want to hear me say this, but you just have to deal with it." I told him no I didn't want to hear that as I'm not interested (I'm a widow and he knew it and had to be gross about it) and told him I don't have to live with it. I called into the office and said it was inappropriate and I never wanted him in my house again. And asked if they had other techs, since I was still supposed to be under contract til August. I was told they had 3. And then I emailed later that day as I remembered something else he had said. AND to say the unit was still leaking. And I called the next day Wednesday June 10th and was told that the owner Chris would call me (which he later said wasn't true). And I asked for a different tech because despite Kent Bailey's two visits, (and harassment) the issue wasn't fixed. They sent Tim and he quickly assessed the units needed insulation on the metal hoses. WHY DID KENT NOT REALIZE THIS IN HIS FIVE PREVIOUS VISITS? (Creepy in all visits, btw). And this was 3 service visits from 3rd to 11th. Not helpful if you work outside the home. The owner didn't call to, perhaps, apologize for his employee, and I got an invoice for $350. I wrote an email on Sunday June 21st detailing the entire situation and what I expected (voiding the invoice and returning my money from the year service b/c they claim it's 100% Customer Satisfaction Moneyback Guarantee, but clearly it's not). I said I'd like that addressed that week. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday go by. I call Thursday morning 6/25 and was told the owner Chris will call me. Friday morning 6/26, gal from the office called to say that Chris will research and call me Monday. I call in Tuesday 6/30 and ask for resolution by Wednesday morning. Tuesday afternoon 6/30 owner Chris calls me and says what I wrote above: it's "he said she said", he doesn't care if I sue him and I'm not getting my money back, but he won't charge me for the last invoice. And they met my expectation of not sending Kent to my house again, but me calling it sexual harassment later is too much. So, no, I don't recommend them because they will not fix your machines properly, let someone sexually harass you, making you unsafe in your own home, not check in on you after you report the harassment, and then victim blame you for not calling it harassment earlier. You wonder why more women don't report? This kind of bull.

We recently had an emergency plumbing situation and we spoke to Kayla and we had same day service. When Tim and Dusten came out, they were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They got our plumbing stoppage cleared quickly, and they explained to us what they had done. We are always highly satisfied with their service and the cost. Check them out!

We bought our home in 2018 and had a home warranty. Unfortunately the home warranty company chose…read moreAqua to fix our AC unit because they had the lowest bid. They tried fixing our 30 year old unit multiple times (it took multiple weeks) and one day we came home and had a new one. Sounds great right? Well, we never saw a technician nor got to speak to one. We also had a hard time with Aqua relaying information to our home warranty company so we had to be mediators. Aqua ended up charging us $200 for a new line set. A month later (the end of summer) we contacted another company to come check our unit because the entire line was froze. They ended up saying that Aqua must not have fully charged it, so they charged it with freon. We called the other company to come out in the beginning of the summer in 2019 when our AC line froze up again. So we had the other company charge it again and told us to contact Aqua to get the leak figured out. I called Aqua and inquired about them charging us for the line set since no one was home to let them inside. They asked me for pictures of proof that the line set was not changed, so I took them. Then I got a reply of "the technician said he was going to come back to do that, but forgot." So they said they would come out and change the line set. Upon recommendation to fix the AC issue we had our furnace replaced, we replaced our entire NEST system, replaced the air filters to the bare minimum and had our air ducts cleaned. Nothing helped the AC hold its charge for longer than one month. Now in 2020, Aqua has been coming out at least once month to charge the AC unit. I finally contacted the sales rep for the AC unit and they gave Aqua a call and led Aqua through how to find a possible leak. The sales rep also told me the unit only has a 5 year warranty because no one registered it for the 10 year warranty (never was told from Aqua). This most current AC charge only lasted a week before the line froze and the technician told me "there was a very small leak and you only lost 4 lbs of Freon." He also told me that on the other side of town kids were stealing Freon and snuffing it. I told him that we have security cameras, motion lights, the AC is out in the open next to a well traveled street and we live in a retirement community. This makes me think that they are having issues with other units holding charge, but blame it on outside issues. The AC company told me that all of this sounds like a pretty major leak and that it needs fixed. Yesterday I called their office because I am gathering all files in case we end up having more issues. I was told by the office person that they have not been recording all of their visits to our house because they are under warranty and they are considering them the same issue. I think they need to record everything, otherwise how can they ever actually know the history of what has been happening!? It also has not be recorded how often they have been charging my AC unit or by how much!
