Justice Refrigeration, Heating and Air's complete lack of communication, minimal- effort service…read moreresulting in no diagnoses but an expensive bill, disrespectful front desk lady who yells and hangs up on customers with concerns and questions they cannot answer due to incompetence, multiple visits with multiple reschedules over a week wait between each, and blatant disregard for client health concerns makes this company one of the worst in the state. We called end of July for LOW airflow from our vents and a "call serviceman" code on the thermostat. They came out that week, were at the house for less than an hour, topped off Freon. Left with no update, but now there was a FAILURE code flashing and we had ZERO airflow at all. It took them a WEEK to give us an update. During that week long wait for an update, we repeatedly called and texted both known numbers. Our texts were "read" but never responded to, meaning our concerns were blatantly ignored. They came out the first week of August after our complaint the issue was made worse. He came at the end of the day for less than an hour, only reset the thermostat, and left again with no update for over a day. We got home that day, failure code was STILL there and we had NO airflow. At this point, it was 80-82° in the home and had climbed an average of 2°/ 3-4 days with it being 90-110° outside and no way to cool down. He finally came back out going into thr 2nd week of August and AGAIN was there for less than an hour with zero update for 24+ hours, despite reading texts and receiving multiple calls. We are going into the 3rd week of August with the same failure code, NO airflow, 84° in the home, and no one has reached out with a solution or to schedule us. I own desert geckos and I have had to turn their heat source off (which I shouldn't have to in Nebraska) because their tanks reached 100° inside in a matter of 2 hours which is DEADLY to them. Our working dog is unable to cool down and is left panting for hours which causes serious health complications. This is by far the worst customer service I have received by any company and I would never recommend them to anyone.

They finally duct taped a note to our door telling us to call because they could not contact us though we gave they both of our numbers and had not received a call from them. When I called they informed me the part they had to replace would be 116 and a 50 $ service call. I told them to go ahead. After repairs were made we received a bill for 389 dollars and minimal notes about what they did. My wife explained to them that we had been told less than 200 and with a 4 month old baby it made things really tight. Though they did offer to let us make a few payments they did not try to work with us on the extra parts they installed or the labor we weren't told about. My personal opinion is do not let them do any work for you. Still trying g to get the whole story from them.

That Wednesday morning I received a text message saying that my appointment had been changed to Friday. No one called to see if this worked for me, the company just decided to do it on their own.
