However, I did have a few concerns regarding my service. - After cleaning the dryer vent, they left a mess behind - see attached photos. - They offered me the duct sanitation service, which I politely declined. They then offered it to me not once but twice more, after I had declined. I didn't appreciate the repeated high-pressure sales pitch. - Without telling me, they unplugged some of my Verizon equipment and did not plug it back in when they were done. I needlessly spent an hour on the phone with Verizon trying to figure out why my wireless and cable service did not work. I would hesitate to use them again.
