That's where the great service ended. we had to keep reaching out for the initial contract and once we did we had to get it corrected several times. Once we got started, the first couple of treatments to the lawn went well, but then the quality and cadence of the lawn care fell off tremendously. It got to a point where we were getting letters from the HOA about our weeds (this had never happened prior to using the service). After paying approximately $2k, we ended the contract. What was most disappointing though was that after we paid, we received a notice from them that said they were going in a different direction with their business model. Wish I would have gone to another vendor before shelling out the money we did. They did help remediate a trouble spot in the lawn that was messed up by the county fixing a concrete walkway, but other than that, I expected more. I do believe them to be good people and hope that this is an anomaly.
