He is not so good monitoring his people to be sure they are doing a good job on your lawn - But if you Call and complain, he will try to make you happy. He likes to talk to people and wants to talk to you directly - but watch out - if you talk or complain too much he will use that against you later. He is Very Busy. He doesn't know how to quote a job, so he only gives verbal quotes and says "it will probably be a little more" - and then it ends up being a lot more! And apparently their computer system can't handle hourly billing and they don't correct it before they send it out. Mike and his team doesn't really know how to do fencing either. He did a small repair that was fine, but I am not happy with the replacement job at all. I will be looking through those uneven gaps in between pickets into my neighbor's patio for years to come.

The first company I had out was a no call no show, the next day when I called them again they showed up late. I had them out to diagnose the main valve in the ally. They charged me $65 to tell me the valve needed to be replaced because it was leaking. I already knew it was leaking!! duh, and upon further inspection, after the tech left, I realized it wasn't the valve but the pvc coming out of the valve. That was very poor troubleshooting. The second was nice and fair priced but they had to come out 3 times to fix one valve....the valve went out soon after they left the third time. The third fixed the valve but charged way, way too much....close to $90 an hour. At this point like most others I just assume all sprinkler repair companies are just awful. Lawnscapes Sprinkler Co. is a diamond in the rough. It is everything you would want, prompt, fair pricing, friendly service.
