They were really MY LAST CALL after reaching out to five other companies. Some of them never sent us an estimate. Taylor (the owner) was quick to respond and even came over as soon as we talked to answer my list of questions. He assured me that we would not pay a penny until he was done with the work and were completely satisfied, which sounded unbelievable at first. His pricing is reasonable and doesn't ask for a non- refundable deposit like others. Taylor is professional, down to earth, easygoing, knowledgeable, reliable, patient, detail oriented, organized, adaptable and was available whenever I had any questions. His crew is hardworking, polite and considerate. They always closed our gates when they left and even rinsed off our windows after the dirt work was completed. They dug up yard and messed with sprinklers. Which they did not have our permission to do anything to our property. Now sprinklers do not work the way they are suppose to. We did not pay for anything because we did not hire them to perform a service for us. Once again they did work which they did not have permission to perform. Your Desired Resolution: We want our property fixed back to its original condition, which was total grass and the sprinklers fixed back to original working condition.

During each phase of the project each team member I spoke to was able to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. My wife and I were hesitant at first about ALCs ability to conceptualize what we wanted. Before they broke ground on the project, using computer graphics, Brandon showed us 3D renderings and gave us a printout of what our landscape would look like which is a fantastic tool to be able to show renderings to customers. We called others that refused to give us an estimate over the phone. After a couple of hours with no call back, we called our HVAC company to see if they did water heaters. They said no but recommended Pratt Plumbing. My wife called and was told about what it might cost. She asked them if they could do it that day. They showed up and looked it over and asked if she wanted it done. Of course we did, and it turned out that he even brought the right size with him just in case. He was fast and very professional. Everything was installed, checked, and explained. Cost was right on the estimate. We found our new plumber. It's been four days and still no call back from our other plumber. We highly recommend Pratt Plumbing.

Initially, we had carpet in our home when we bought the house back in September of 2025. But before doing the floors, Victor and his team did our kitchen remodel. The brick backsplash in our kitchen turned out exactly the way we envisioned it to look. On top of doing the floor, Victor helped us create our vision of doing a beautiful brick floor that lined up against the fireplace. It transitioned very well to the PVL flooring we choose to do throughout the rest of the house. Throughout the entire projects, Victor provided wonderful customer service. He follows up daily ensuring that we were happy with the work. If any problems occurred, he would fix it and make sure we are happy before moving on to the next process. Finally our latest project with Victor and his team, was rebuilding our shower. It was leaking and needed to be built for the ground up. We had chosen to do a design layout from the 1980's. His team did a marvelous job. We are very pleased with the work and is undergoing another project with them soon remodeling the rest of the house.
