I explained there isn't a shelf to copy, he would need to look at the door and see if he could make one. He came by, took measurements and pics and was able to make the shelf for us. Quite impressive work concidering he didn't have anything to copy as a template. Ivan was great to work with, 5 star customer service, highly recommend him!
