Yes there's only two counters but the employees are astoundingly helpful. Today I watched one staff person go in back to dig up some empty small cardboard (nonpriority mail) boxes for a customer who came in with loose items to ship. Everyone involved acted as if this were perfectly normal. My jaw was the only one on the floor. The staff in other cities don't even talk to you unless your package is taped up and ready to go. I bet they'll even add extra tape to your package here without yelling at you. Thank you, amazing post office employees!

So we headed off to Corbins Corner and took care of business at this FedEx Center. We explained our mission to the attendant and shared our e-mail with the account number and shipping address, etc. As always, my wife was super nice and courteous, but we were both struck by the robotic cold fish demeanor of the lady that expedited for us. I walked around the store, saw their huge printing operation and inventory of office supplies stocked on shelves and racks -this is a very cool place to do business in or browse around. It would be great if they had a truck there for at least the last hour so you could watch it shred if you wanted to. We didn't want to leave all the paperwork there, even though it would be placed in a locked container, so we brought it all home and called the next day for an appointment for them to come to the house. If you have a lot to shred, it's definitely the way to go!! They come between 9am and 5 on and called the day before to give us a rough idea of when they would arrive. There were two guys and they were both great! It was very quick and easy considering we had 3 and a half of their big bins filled and they shred it right there at your home or office. You can even watch the shredding on a little monitor on the side of the truck, which I loved!
