Garry can verify how poor of a job was done. It took him 3 visits to get the bed sturdy enough to sleep in again with extra wood and brackets doing the trick. He also cut and installed baseboards to replace the ones missing after the Murphy bed was removed from the other master suite. The price quotes for K Pinson Stairs and the other company were not too far apart, so we made a selection based on gut feel. My wife and I are glad we picked K Pinson. Kelley listened to our design ideas and he came up with a great final plan that we agreed to. He told us it would take two weeks to demo the old stairs and complete the new ones. He and Christian actually beat that by a couple of days (for which we were very grateful). Understand that K Pinson Stairs is a completely handmade, custom product -- not from a factory. Kelley and Christian personally crafted EVERYTHING but the metal tubes and fasteners -- the brackets are even custom made.
