Definitely do ask for prices for emails and phone calls. Any minimal contact will be charged. This is not the type of lawyer that looks out for your best interest. The judgment was an unbelievable disaster, with my adulterous wife who moved out of the home and left myself and my 3 kids to go live with her new boyfriend was awarded 70 percent of our marital assets, a full two million dollars plus. Not only was Mike unable to settle my divorce without a trial which of course would have been my preference, but every item which Mr. Lew assured me we would be victorious we lost - yes every god-damn item!!
