They have the typical outlet stores like Coach, Old Navy, etc. but they do have a Pottery Barn. They seemed to have some decent prices, but items I liked were too big to take home on the plane :-) I was surprised they had a Goodwill next door....full of really cool Halloween items....the best items were big animated figures for $299....little pricey for something they received for free, but that is typical goodwill. Clothing and household section was small in my opinion. I was looking forward to the Lululemon store, but not too impressed with the prices. Most prices are the same as the online prices "We Made Too Much." I came back after the Labor Day weekend thinking maybe they might have different deals....NOPE. Same stuff and same prices. Without an appointment, the staff pulled several dresses in each style to try even though they knew I would more than likely not purchase a gown that day. This kind of bait-and-switch behavior is not only cruel it violates basic principles of decency and and several Michigan consumer protection laws. The staff did absolutely nothing to help or console her afterward. No one followed up, no one apologized, and no one made any effort to make it right. Instead, they left a sweet, innocent young girl crying and traumatized. As a military Veteran and community leader I urge all families to not shop here, and to take your business elsewhere. This company ignored my asks, disregarded my child and spit on military families everywhere. Boycott all Bridal by Viper locations.
