There are signs throughout, so it is relatively easy to find the area you are hoping to shop in. Each time I've come to search for something, I have not had any luck. The main reasons I have not bought anything here are either of it. Nothing fits my frame/style (This store is much more geared towards women than juniors, and business/cocktail attire than anything casual), and that the price point is high above competitors I shop at. Overall, I do not think I am their target market, but I am shocked that people come in and spend what they do for items you can get cheaper elsewhere. Probably just a matter of opinion, but I do not frequent this store often for that reason. I do know a lot of friends who get great deals with within the shoe clearance area -- this seems to be what they're known for! But this shout out is specifically for Zoe in Clinique because I still get my essentials and she knows all my favorites and color likes. I get calls for all promotions and bonus times which I love and regardless of how busy she is in store I hear the smile and patience while I give her my order and ask questions. Even when you call in there's an operator who politely transfers your calls, which is so personal. I miss the piano, but customer service from thousands of miles away is top notch. So I was quite excited to see the Westroads Mall get a BoxLunch location. The staff here was absolutely killing it with service, even with the busy atmosphere of it being a shiny new store with all the fandoms people collect and love. Honestly it felt very much like a Hot Topic, like the signage and the layout seemed to be almost the exact same. Which makes sense as BoxLunch is a subsidiary of Hot Topic - I just thought there would be a little more of a difference. They had a significantly less "edgy" vibe compared to Hot Topics that I've visited before. Consequently, the atmosphere in this store is more relaxed and conducive to shopping. They also have their own exclusive items that aren't the same as Hot Topic (like POPs and Loungefly stuff). It seems to be slightly pricier than similar items I've seen at comparable shops that sell branded and collectible items. I'd still recommend checking out BoxLunch though, as it's cool to see items in person vs. only online. Make sure to bring your bigger pocketbook, both because they have a lot of neat stuff you'll be tempted by and because those things will not be the most inexpensive collectibles you've ever seen!

There are many reasons to revisit this mall. Also included is Flemmings, a nice higher-end steak house is included and I would recommend them to anyone in town or visiting. I like stores like the Learning Express that bring in mascots of popular shows that bring kids out. The new wellness spa Valo is really well liked, and their bridal store is beautiful. Most recently I came to Regency for a pop up boutique shopping event, and then for a Yelp Blow-out event. It seems there is a lot more to come, like other mini-pop up vendors, dining, and newer stores. If you don't like the crowds of Westroads, this might be the place for you!

There's a wide variety of shops, as well as restaurants within and surrounding the mall. If I had one complaint about West roads, I feel the flagships common area is very crowded. This is a little tricky to navigate in and out, depending on the time of day you come. But I do appreciate that they have so many options within this small space! If I was going to any mall in Omaha, it would almost always be Westroads. They do a much better job at selecting and retaining businesses!
