The Tuxedos were great quality and easy to get tailored at Men's Warehouse. Easy process to set up the groomsmen and cost effective! The only reason they don't get 5 stars was the hassle they gave us about not returning the day after. We explained to multiple workers beforehand that we were getting married in Cancun and no one would be able to return until the Monday after our wedding (we married on a Saturday). They said that wouldn't be a problem but when the groomsmen tried to return, it was a massive problem. This isn't location specific as the groomsmen were from all over the place, but my suggestion is get that in writing so they cannot fight it. Heck yeah. We went here to get a tux for Hubby for our wedding. We ordered online, then went to the store for a fitting. He looked completely wonderful and the tux fit like it was made especially for him. The only disappointment: when he returned the tux, no one told him he could have kept the hanky. It would have been a nice memento. Out of an absolutely perfect wedding, this was the only thing that went "wrong", so I think that's a pretty good track record. I called the Men's Warehouse by Oakview Mall four times between 11:15 a.m. and 11:30 a.m.; when I called from my office phone twice, my call was immediately disconnected. I called the next two times from my cell phone and my call was never connected or answered. Verizon finally disconnected the phone call telling me to try my call again later. I let the phone continue to ring to see how long it would take for someone to answer my phone call. The answer is: NEVER!!! The website tells me the store is open on Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Very poor customer service if someone cannot answer a phone during normal store hours. read more

We have always gone here for our suit needs. We had our wedding purchase suits here and have purchased many suits from them. I get it's homecoming season and it's busy but the cleanliness of the store is atrocious! They were busy, which I get and everyone is short staff now a days so I can put that aside but seriously! Run a vacuum or something! Bits of garbage and trash everywhere! Mirrors are filthy, dressing rooms dirty. Employees seriously act like you are inconveniencing them! We used this location for suits for our wedding for the groom, all 7 groomsmen, 4 ushers, and both of our fathers! We had lots of different color combinations and styles that we needed and they helped guide us on what would go best together. They gave us coupons for our large group and were very patient with us. Any questions we had were immediately answered and we even got check in phone calls a few times leading up to the wedding to let us know who still needed to be fitted for their suits and to see if there was anything else we needed. After being disappointed by Kohl's selection of off-the-rack suits, I wanted to look for something nicer for my upcoming wedding. Jesse was extremely helpful, attentive, and stylish. Even while juggling other customers in the midst of prom season, he still made me feel like a valued customer and picked out a handsome light grey suit with a pressed lavender shirt; my fiancée and I loved them! The entire team inside the store went above and beyond to help me get suited for my father. They even got it tailored to size on the spot for me. When it comes to suit and or dress clothes shopping, Men's Wearhouse is the best place to go. Upon arrival, I was immediately assisted by a worker. Sam took the ropes and helped with measurements and he picked out the suits as well. He has an amazing sense of fashion and knows what goes with what. He is an iconoclast in the fashion world. He was beyond helpful with everything, and like I said before, he knows what he's doing. He made the shopping process very easy and he's also very classy. He knows how to take care of customers and for these reasons, I would highly recommend going to this Men's Wearhouse location. I never write reviews but this place has caused nothing but stress. After measurements the suit was 3 sizes too small. This happened to more than one groomsmen. After reordering the lost the pants and shirt that go with it. Very unorganized! Rented boys suit for the wedding they didn't order the pants. Now 1 day before wedding still dealing with it. Nothing went smooth and I mean NOTHING. I can't stress this enough don't use Men's warehouse. More trouble than it's worth. Poorly run business! Would give no stars if I could. read more

After much discussion, we decided to purchase a tux vs renting. The whole process from entering the store, looking over pricing options, getting feedback from several staffers made this process easy and without any hard sales tactics. Not a fan of this company these days. I bought all of my wedding tuxes from Men's Wearhouse in 2007 and expected the level of service to be similar when I went to look for an interview suit this year. I was taken care of by a younger guy who wanted to put me in a 44L jacket even though I could barely button a single button. Then he put me in an 800 dollar suit without asking my price range. It was part of a BOGO free deal but what he forgot was that you HAD TO SPEND EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS FIRST. As the appointment went on, he showed me every single expensive item in the store and looked at me like I was crazy when I didn't want to drop a grand on an interview. I later steered him more towards the cheaper end and got a suit that was acceptable for around 300 dollars. I had it tailored, which they graciously did short notice. Suit fit way too loose and I had no choice but to wear it to my interview. The tagline for Men's Wearhouse is, the last time I checked, "You're going to like the way you look, I guarantee it." It should be, "You're going to like the way you look if you spend 800+ dollars on a suit. Otherwise, you're SOL" They will re alter it for "life", but I don't have the time or the patience to deal with this store anymore. read more

Beyond expectation. Had purchased a problematic-fitting suit from another location, for which I had essentially given up on due to previous tailoring disappointments. The manager and tailor at this location not only empathized, but soon had me in a better quality and fitting suit...at no extra cost to me. They are very proud of their rates. You can buy a tuxedo for what they charge. I suggest looking at other options or looking for options in which to have your wedding party buy their tuxedos through a venue like Gilt, direct from vendor or another online source. Or just don't do tuxedos and buy suits. At least your wedding party isn't completely taken advantage of....I guarantee you're going to like how you look and how full your wallet is. We purchased the clothing for the men in our wedding from Men's Wearhouse and it was easily the most stressful part of planning our wedding (worse even than planning the guest list). For starters, they do not keep any electronic records (everything is written on a piece of paper), so if you have any questions about your order you have to talk to the sales associate you initially meet with, because no other employees will have access to your order information. They don't tell you this, though, so I had to figure it out after calling three times and having them tell me they had no record of our order. We encountered another issue when several members of our wedding party went in to be fitted at a time when our sales associate was not working. The person who fitted them wrote down their measurements, but no one ever bothered to order any of their clothes until I called two weeks before my wedding and asked why they had not received their clothes yet. Another issue was that our associate sent clothing to several places and kept no record of it. Some of the clothing was sent home with groomsmen when they were fitted, some was sent to our house (with no indication of whose clothing it was), and some of it was sent to the store for pick up. Our associate told me she would call me when the clothes that were sent to the store arrived, but we never received a phone call, and I had to call twice to try to find out what the status was on those items. When I discovered two weeks before the wedding that some of the clothing for an out-of-town-groomsmen had never been ordered, the response I received was essentially "we will order it and hopefully it will come in on time." It really annoyed me that they did not even apologize or offer to rush the shipping since it was their error. Because the store had no record of what had or had not been ordered, I had to stalk down all 11 people who had ordered clothes for our wedding and figure out what they had and what was missing and where everything had been shipped. Our sales associate then called me a week before our wedding and told me that certain members of our wedding party had not picked up their clothing, even though I had spoken to them and knew for a fact had picked up their clothing already. Basically she didn't know what was going on with our order at any point in time. I had to spend a ridiculous amount of time and make a ridiculous number of phone calls making sure the clothing for our wedding was correct. The two stars I gave the company is because the clothes ultimately looked nice and the price is decent. Based on my experience, I would not use this company in the future. read more

Emily Hawk was very well informed and extremely helpful during the tux rental process for our wedding. She understood what look we were trying to create and she was great at providing options to consider. We had to do a lot of work over the phone, and she was responsive every time we called. We had a much better experience working with Emily than anyone in the MW stores in DC/VA that we visited. I'm sure other Omaha shops have excellent service, but if you're interested in renting/buying from Men's Wearhouse, Emily is great to work with. read more

Writing reviews is not something that I do very often, but I felt very inclined to share my experience with this particular Men's Wearhouse. I am very new to the Omaha area, taking a chance moving out this way, due to my girlfriend's acceptance into Dental School at Creighton. I am taking a position as a sales associate and desperately needed to buy some nice business professional attire. Seeing as I just moved to the Omaha area from San Antonio, Texas, and my funds to spend on professional attire were slim to none, I was weary about going into Men's Wearhouse...simply because of the high prices and "pushy sales people." I took a chance anyway. Thank God I did. Mr. Timothy, is the man! I told him I was on a budget and that I would not be able to spend tons of money on overpriced suits/ties/belts/shoes/shirts/etc. Mr. Timothy proceeded to find items for me that were in my price range and that went well together. The man knows what he is talking about as far as pricing and style goes. I thought I might be able to sneak out of there with a shirt and maybe a sports coat...thanks to Mr. Timothy, I was able to purchase 2 suits, 1 pair of dress shoes, 3 ties, 1 belt, 3 shirts, and 3 pairs of socks...on top of that, my pants were tailored and suit jackets were pressed. All of this was accomplished in less than 1 hour-including the tailoring and pressing (for me that was amazing). Being able to trust someone like Mr. Timothy and getting the deals I was able to get was incredible. I will be back, and I encourage anyone looking to buy nice clothes to go in and consult with Mr. Timothy Corry! read more

Employees have bad attitudes! You're gonna love the way you look but not the way you feel after shopping at this store! The young man who helped me seemed angry that I didn't buy any of the ties he suggested. I explained the environments I would be wearing them and his choices were more suited to a funeral home than what I needed. An older man was upset at us using a table that was apparently "his" table. As my purchase was being made, a young lady answering the phone was irked when she pressed the wrong button on the phone and answered a line that wasn't ringing.
