I did check out JoS A Bank before coming here and was underwhelmed by the customer service. At Mens Warehouse I walked in and was instantly helped by one of their sales representatives. He took me through several suits and made sure I found a pair that fit. (They had a buy one get one special at the time.) They took me to try the suits on, get fitted and sending the suits to be hemmed in short order. The tailoring was going to take a week through normal time, but I had a wedding to be to in 3 days, meaning I needed the suit almost the next day to accomodate for travel. This is absolutely where they knocked it out of the park for me. The manager put a rush order on one of my suits and got it pushed through the next day. I was impressed with the service, and later showed up for another sale, getting once again great customer service and a pair of shoes to match my suits.

My only complaint, and thus reason for not giving 5-stars, is that all the styles that they carry are pretty conservative. I get the feeling that their typical client is older and so they don't carry many younger styles and cuts. If they would carry a few more trendy/modern styles, this store would be worthy of 5-stars and become a true gem in middle America, even rivaling some of the finer men's stores throughout the country.

Nice selection, most of the items are over priced though. Recently they had a sale "50% back…read moreSaturday" that they sent an email out to advertise the sale. The way to earn the 50% back was very misleading in the email. After buying $50 worth of stuff I only got $9 back in store credit, not the $25 I was expecting. I had my toddler with me and didn't catch it until I got home. So I drove back out to be told that $9 was all I was going to get. The sign in the store was written differently than the email that was sent out. The employee took my name and number to have the owner call me, that was over a week ago and I haven't heard from anyone. That $50 worth of stuff was not worth $50 to me without the $25 store credit. After I use my $9 I will not be returning. Beware bait and switch advertising if you shop here.
