I paid cash and I had a few dollars left on a gift card & got $ 5 reward points. So when I took back only 1 pair this lady after refunding my money wouldn't give me back my receipt for my other 2 sandals I bought. She told me she couldn't give me back receipt because she refunded me all cash for just 1 sandal. I haven't wore any of my sandals yet so I hope I dont have trouble with them because now I wont have my receipt if I need to take the others back. Poor customer service, she was very rude​

The employee who assisted me was rude, my mother and I walked in and were looking at running shoes and she made a comment "you know those are for running right?" And then laughed and was next to us the whole time and was checking the boxes of every box we looked at??? The way I was treated by her left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected when we were simply trying to do business. This kind of behavior is unacceptable! I truly hope management reviews this situation and provides proper training to ensure all customers are treated with the respect and fairness they deserve. Also my mom tried to leave a review about this lady and it was deleted!!
