Changing stars from 5 to 3. Loved this location but ran into a less than fortunate situation. I was…read moremaking a withdrawal. I was not pulling all my money off. I had 1 cashapp withdraw put into my huntington. I was not asked how much I wanted to pull, but was turned away cause a cashapp transfer didn't have a posted date yet. Went to the deer mason location explained my situation. The lady there said it was fine to pull money just not the money from the cashapp transfer, which is reasonable. It was kind of a stressful situation to my already stressful day. Access to your money should not be tedious or difficult. However, this was a one time issue and I don't have issues every time I come here, hence why I didn't completely knock off all 4 stars.

When I asked about the total payout it was only $2 higher than the maturity value so I questioned why so low. They paid .5% for the two days, not the 5.05% that the CD was issued for, not the 4.0% it would renew for according to their website, or that anew CD would earn, but .5% since the money was not new money coming in. Really, of course it wasn't new money coming in since it was sitting in a CD in your bank for 152 days. How cheap can a bank be. Also when scoping out their current rates, it all depends on your zip code and the rate they offer. To me that is a form of discrimination. My money should make the same as someone in any area this bank operates in. Also made an appt with Duke for 1:30 which he finally waited on my at 1:40, why make an appointment???
