    This place will completely waste your time. I was talking back and forth with salesman Chris Baxter for about 2 months regarding purchasing a 2026 Lexus IS 350 F-Sport. I was upfront from the beginning of what interior/exterior colors I was interested in, along with all of the options I wanted. I constantly received emails and text messages with vehicles that were not what I wanted. Either the exterior color wasn't what I asked for or it was missing options that I said that I wanted. You would think that the salesperson would listen when a customer tells him/her exactly what they want. Not this place. They tried to sell me a silver IS 350 that they had on the lot the first day I came to the dealership to look around. They actually gave me a great price on that vehicle $54,400 (not including sales tax). I declined because it was not the color I wanted. Fast forward two months later, and Chris contacts me and asks me to come into the dealership at 9am on 6/29 so "we can sit down and crunch numbers." I arrived at the dealership at 8:57am. I sat in the lobby waiting for Chris until 9:30am. I also work 3rd shift, so I just got off work at 7am after a 16 hour shift. After finally meeting with Chris, he slides an offer sheet in front of me. His "number crunching" amounted to him taking the price of the car and adding sales tax. There was zero negotiation. His price out the door was $66k. I said what happened to the price from a month ago at $54,400 before tax? Why would I waste my time staying up after work and driving to this dealership for you to give me a bogus price that I could've got from any internet salesman on my phone from the comfort of my own house? It was insulting and unprofessional. I ended up walking out of the dealership a few minutes later and bought the same vehicle from another local Lexus dealership for over $6k less than what Performance Lexus in Fort Wright offered. The Lexus dealerships in both Mason and Dayton were both competitive and respectful right out of the gate. I would've felt comfortable buying a vehicle from either dealership. They actually made an effort to earn my business. Performance Lexus in Fort Wright didn't even make an effort. I've bought around 20 cars in my lifetime, and I've never been to a dealership where a sales manager or general manager didn't try to step in and help out with a potential sale with a customer. I had sales managers and general managers at both other dealerships doing everything they could to earn my business. The whole experience at Fort Wright was mind boggling to me because I told them from day one that I was paying all cash, with no financing or trade-in. I also have an 820 credit score, so I would be instantly approved for any auto loan if I wanted to apply for one. Either way, you have a guaranteed sale sitting right in front of you that you know is ready to make a purchase, but Fort Wright acted like they could care less. That's ok because they aren't the only place that sells Lexus vehicles in town. Please SHOP AROUND people! You always have options when it comes to buying a vehicle. If one dealership doesn't value your time or business, go to one that does. There are actually good dealerships with salespeople that will put forth an effort to earn your business instead of treating you like an inconvenience. If writing this review saves one person from getting their time wasted by this place, then the time I spent writing this was worth it. Also, just FYI, I leave glowing reviews for businesses all the time on social media that appreciate their customers. And when a business does not appreciate the customers that keep their business going, I let them know about it so that they are 1) aware of the problem and 2) can maybe put some effort into fixing the problem.     Me and my fiancée purchased a BMW from this dealership at first everyone was nice and made us feel like we were valued customers. Before signing any contract I noticed one of the wheels was bent I voiced my concern and they shortly included fixing the wheel in the contract. Lol that was a joke for one I bought the car having faith the car was reliable but no they pulled the battery the day we picked the car up making it seem there was nothing wrong with the car. On our way home all these warning lights appeared to this day the wheel isn't fixed they keep saying they fixed the issue but according to the picture it's not clearly. Now we are forced to seek a lawyer to either get our wheel fixed or get our money back!! Stay away from this dealership the service center is a joke. Very rude and unprofessional. ***UPDATE*** When we originally I specifically remember asking Justin if they wheels were good and he claimed all were good besides one. Come to find out the 4 wheels were cracked and we still haven't received a call from Lexus even after we called almost everyday to speak to someone. Now we are forced to pay an attorney to get or shit fixed because it says in our contract that they were going to fix our wheel but it was never done. The cars been sitting out in our drive way for a few weeks now because it chewed the tires up that were on the car. All I can say is we're are un pleased with the service we received. And I'd do your research on this location before signing anything **In response to the comment posted** That comment is going to be documented for our attorney to review because we do have an audio recording when you introduced yourself to both of us. As well as stating the front tire was bent and that you would fix it which the contract stats as well as you verbally saying it.

    WORST CAR IVE EVER HAD!!! So I ask what's wrong with the car which is a 2002 Chrysler Sebring, he tells me 2 minor issues which was one door lock was broke off and the back windows never worked. OK not a big deal. Drive it it runs great. I get the insurance on it then he proceeds to tell me that it was in an accident and they had to rebuild the driver side rearend and that the car has a rebuild title. I think ok that's a problem but it's probably why my payments were pretty cheap. After my first payment he sends my file to eagle finance who does his financing and takes over after the first payment to build credit, cool, that's when I find out my final amount on the car would be a total of 6000$!!! What!? For a 2002? So I told them to come get the car and instead they want to try to garnish my wages!! I will NEVER give anyone I know or anyone else a good word on this place. Absolutely horrible tryn to get over on people with very little money. And the kicker is since the 9 mths I've had the car I've put 7 tires on the back rear driver side which was where it was hit and rebuilt and he tells me it's needs an alignment. Bullshit!!! Please anyone thinking of getting a car here do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, this place will f**k u over!
