Worst place ever to get a car. They set people up up FAIL on all theirs loans and they REFUSE to work with anyone when it comes to payments. They DO NOT HAVE ANY GRACE PERIOD WHATSOEVER and if you are ONE DAY LATE with your payment regardless if you call them to tell them they will REPO your car. I will NEVER EVER work with a BUY HERE PAY HERE dealership again. Oh and check this out too, IT IS REQUIRED that you bring your car to them ONLY for any type of Maintenance and guess what THERE AUTO SHOP and Dealership has an F RATING. They are sorely mistaken cause this case even though it was purchased there WILL NEVER SEE THE INSIDE OF THAT MAINTENANCE SHOP and if they try to take my car that I pay for because of that I will have a LAWSUIT FILED. They think they are playing GAMES with people well guess what THEY ARE NOT. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE, take Public Transportation before you go and deal with them. I just don't understand how JD by rider on the Sansui been running their operation for so many years based on horrible and unsatisfactory productivity. This place is horrible. This place is based on vehicles that's poor quality. This place is based on lies. I could truly say false advertisement it's very untruthful. The vehicles is not worth anything. they give you a three-year warranty on the vehicle. The vehicle will break down before the warranty. They guarantee you a loan that you have to pay back. Weather you have the vehicle are not the vehicle is not guaranteed the five-year loan that you get CNAC finance are crooks they work along with JD by rider to lore people in to rob them blind. I came in to buy a car. The sales woman Stacie was completely unprofessional. She spent the whole time on her cell phone taking personal calls. She also was texting through out the whole process. She was rude and was more concerned with her cell phone then selling me a car. I left. I went Down the road and bought a car from a MUCH better place with helpful sales People. This lady Stacey was so unprofessional. She was more worried about talking to the dude co workers than she was trying to help me. she needs to spend more time on her customers than trying to get some action from her co workers. She also smelled like weed and smelled like she didn't shower in a day. The place was so unprofessional. Then the manager and her were flirting while trying to get me approved. sale team advice everything was done and completed via email and only thing i had to do was to go into dealership and pick up vehicle, went to look vehicles and for my surprise application and paperwork not done has t do right in there so it took over 2 hours to do all the paperwork and watch videos, then you spent time signing documents and have to sign same paperwork online which added another hour, at the time to choose vehicle the seller said this is the only vehicle we have and we were like what, i'm going to pay for the vehicle but cant have what i want only what you offer to me, it really sucks plus now have to put some money into it to fix a problem it has and no one mentioned about, had to take the vehicle didn't have any other options as we need it hope no other problems comes. bad experience to be honest read more

The mechanic said he fixed several things on my car but he didn't. It's overall to many things to name from my heating and AC system down to my brakes. The place is a rip off and unfortunately no one warned me. I never really write reviews but I had to this time. I'm really concerned about where my money is going as well because when I look at my receipt my balance looks as if I was never making payments!!!! Update: if you were truly sorry when I took my car back everything would have been rectified! But it wasn't! My car is making this terrifying noise and it sounds like a deathtrap!!!
