The vans motor blew after 7 months. We took the van to Americas choice over a week ago. Nobody called us back we haven't heard anything. The women who works there hangs up on us and nobody calls us back. Finally today after constant calling they told us we could come down refill out a application and apply for a different car,but if we didn't do that we are responsible to fix the motor in the van. They also want more money down on this new vehicle. STAY AWAY!!!! also they do not report your onetime payments until after the vehicle is paid off so it doesn't repair your credit until the loan is paid back thats when they report to the credit companies. The got us we are now stuck over paying for garbage.

I brought my 2017 VW GTI to them on multiple occasions. The only thing that was ever done correctly…read moreand didn't require a second trip back to fix a faulty repair was the oil change and tire rotation, but no guarantee that that was done correctly either, just neither had left me stranded and needing to tow the car back to them on my own dime. Had them replace the water pump, union was faulty and installed anyway, spewed all the coolant out less than five miles down the road after I left with it and had to get it towed back. Enough time passed since then that I had thought their techs would've been different, if not better and needed someone to install the rear brake pads I had purchased to replace the factory originals. A special tool is required to not ruin the calipers (they need to be rotated and compressed simultaneously as opposed to simply compressed like the front calipers) so I took it back thinking a VW dealership would have the right tools and not screw it up. Now my car is stranded again with a severe vibration, which appears to be from the caliper bolts not be torqued to spec and backing themselves out a day later. I spoke with Ashley who indicated that she was the service manager for VW; she tells me how they can't get to it and are very busy, plus she said they told me it had uneven wear on the rotors when I brought it in (they didn't and is not reflected on my copy of the paperwork) Now once again trying to figure out how to redo the fix on my car because I'll be damned if they will ever be allowed to touch it again. The only problems I have ever had with this car have been caused by this dealership. Go anywhere else, you're sanity will thank you.

As far as educating me on the tech, he showed me how to use the radio. He said I probably used dials before. Yes I am old but I have money to buy a car and am not stupid. Then I received forceful email asking for a good review or else contact his supervisor. I would Rather do a public review To whom I choose. The car was clean and waxed and filled with fuel. Well after about a month the car developed some transmission problems, they took it to the dealer and the mechanics checked it out and found the transmission was bad. I was worried it wouldn't be covered but when I called the warranty company they said no problem the transmission was covered. We were so happy that we wouldn't have to pay for a transmission ourselves. We did have to pay for the fluids and filters but that wasn't bad. It's so nice to get such great customer service and quick response, I wish all companies were this good. Thanks to them my parents car is running great again. I would recommend them to anyone buying a used car.
