I recently lost 40 lbs and wanted to feel reinvented, do something sexy, feel alive! I did some research and managed to find a couple of Groupon options. Everyone's work seemed played out and/or mundane. The typical pin-up style boudoir where the women attempts to be sexy while pumping gas in bright red lipstick and a bandana. Are guys really into that? Anyways, I quickly moved on to the next photographer on the list and immediately, I hit gold! Catherine Cooper's images more than peaked my interest. Her pictures told a story--as if you were watching a thriller with a crazy plot twist, and you're dying to know how it ended. I was so enthralled with her website and photos, I quickly scheduled a consultation with her. Cathy's punctuality and professionalism is what prompted me to schedule a photography session. She was so down to earth, pleasant, and impressively organized. She walked me step by step on how to prepare for my session as well as what clothes and hairstyles would work best for me. She wasn't pushy when it came to purchasing photo package upgrades and she didn't treat me like I was "just another client." She personalized my photo session with concentration on certain parts of my body that I wanted to showcase more than others. There's no one size fits all with Mrs. Cooper--every clients gets EXACTLY what they want... AND MORE! She provided makeup and hair services, as well as some light snacks during the session. I was 100% comfortable with Cathy; honestly, guys, her support and encouragement made me feel like a Paris Fashion Week runway model. I am confident when I say that Catherine Cooper is the best decision I have ever made on Groupon! If I could give her a rating of 1,000,000 stars I would! After initially leaving a raving review she did not send me the picture she's stated she would send (in email). She also emailed my friend (whom gifted me the shoot). That she was requiring a $1000 by a set deadline before she would even edit my photos. I've never felt so judged in my life. This was not a "requirement" that was stated in the initial consultation with my friend prior to the shoot. I was not about to spend $1000 on pictures I had not seen. I am aware of the time Photography takes and how expensive it can be. This was not my issue at all. I do have a job and I do splurge on myself. One question she asked prior to my leaving is what were some initial fears I had. I mentioned to her that I am also a photographer (not professionally) and I am VERY PICKY about photography and I initially had a difficult time releasing all control to her. If you choose to use her be sure you are clear on ALL of the requirements. There are several Boudoir Photographers in this area. Do your research prior. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

I did a lot of research before selecting a wedding day photographer and David's photography style was everything I was looking for. David was a great communicator and was always quick to respond and answer all of my questions and concerns. On the day of the wedding, David did a fantastic job directing the wedding party on where and how to pose for pictures. The moments he captured are priceless and they turned out amazing. After the wedding, David was extremely patient with me as we worked on the wedding album. David was always ready to move forward but due to my busy work schedule, it was always hard to respond immediately. David sent me multiple reminders (which I truly appreciated) and showed that he cared about the production of my wedding album. If it wasn't for David's patience and persistence, I probably would've never finished my wedding album. David and his assistant pulled off everything flawlessly, from covering the specific shots I requested (NUMEROUS, I'm sure he'd tell you!) to capturing the candid moments that embody the spirit of our weekend. This studio was used for my daughters school pictures. I want to first say the pictures came out…read moregorgeous, minus one of my daughters did have to retake her pictures due to similar issues that I see others left reviews regarding, such as lighting issues etc, however the retakes were stunning and I was so anxious to get the photos and add them to my gallery along with the rest of their school pictures. My order was placed 10/28/24, it's been several months (we're in June 2025) and I still have not received my purchase or any communication from anyone from the company regarding my purchase, and this isn't my first time reaching out. Initially when placing the order, the system did not give the option/ opportunity to verify or update my address , because I've purchased from this company a time or two before, so I'm assuming the system assumed that my contact information was still the same . However, immediately after submitting the order (literally once I hit submit) I noticed the error in address with the confirmation submission and I called the number that was provided. I spoke with someone regarding the mix up who then said I'd have to wait for the package to be delivered / received to the wrong address and then retuned. Which to me made no sense at all because I reached out to customer service immediately after I placed the order and it had not been printed or processed yet . so why updating my address and shipping to the correct address when I had the order number and etc was impossible to be done is beyond me. However, I feel I waited long enough and with no assistance or even communication. Again, this order and incident occurred in October 2024, I also reached out February this year and we are currently in June 2025 and after sending a number of different emails regarding my order to every email address attached to this company that I could find , I wake up this morning to a refund. Thank you for the refund , but still No apology, no acknowledgment and still no communication at all . The Customer service for this company is terrible. I truly looked forward to adding my girls pictures to our gallery of their other school photos. Even with this poor experience, I still wish this company nothing but success, however i do have my fingers crossed tightly, that the school my girls are currently attending doesn't choose to use them again this upcoming school year.

They treated my daughter with the utmost respect and care, regardless of her disability, which meant so much to us as a family. The pictures they took of her were absolutely stunning--capturing her personality perfectly. The prices are on the higher side, but the attention to detail and the quality of the photos made it completely worth it. We also used Ivey Photography for my son's football team pictures. That experience was a little more chaotic, probably because of the larger group, but the photos still turned out great. The timing of the product completion was impressive, and we were happy with the results. Overall, they deliver incredible quality and care in their work. Highly recommend them!
