It is served with a couple seasoned Parmesan crisps. We were pleased with both the food and the service. I washed down my pizza with a can of Vernors, a unique Michigan brand of Ginger Ale. It has been true classic of the Mitten State since it was first brewed in Detroit 141 years ago in 1880.
