I don't have a Kohl's card but the Kohl's cash they offer is a really great deal. I tend to shop when they have clearance sales which are truly ridiculous low prices for good quality clothes. The prices are usually not too bad for the quality of product. I would recommend the east did location due to less traffic and a better experience.

I was in need of a new wedding dress two months before my wedding. Sheree, the owner, helped me…read morefind THE DRESS. It needed straps added and a bit of altering, but nothing crazy. Due to me living 3.5 hours away, the only time that I could really come back in was in just over 2 weeks. This did not seem to be a problem at all. We agreed to meet Friday, August 24th at 9pm. I would then try on the finished dress, she would make any last minute alterations Saturday and I would take it home by Sunday. On Friday my mom and I are on time, but by 9:20 we had called the store and tried the doors, but she was not there. I also texted the store number. The following morning I received a text from the store saying that she fell asleep and didn't hear her alarm. Also that she was behind and working on my dress today. After calling the store we decided that I could come in later that day. The only thing done with the dress was hemming on the bottom and since she didn't have fabric for the straps, she had to ship the dress to me. Wednesday, August 29th I call the store to see where she is at with my dress. To my surprise she said it had shipped yesterday and that she wasn't given a tracking number but would get me one tomorrow. By Friday, I still hadn't heard anything so I call again to ask for the tracking number. She quickly responds that she will take a picture and text it to me. An hour later I text her to send me the tracking number - no response. The following day, Saturday, September 1st my mom goes into the store to check on my brother's pants and her jacket. She also asks for the tracking number while there and Sheree says that she left it at home but would get me the number that night (she never did). She also said that the UPS guy picked up the package Tuesday and it would be delivered by Saturday, as in today. I am now calling UPS and discover that there is no package coming to my address. Without a tracking number, they cannot get more information. Sunday, my fiancé messages the store on Facebook and she replies saying the package was shipped Tuesday and should have already arrived, but would get us the tracking number. We never received a number. Monday September 3rd we receive a message on Facebook of a RANDOM tracking number - one that was for a package that had shipped to her store from CA the previous week. My mom goes back in to the store to pick up the pants and jacket as discussed (they are not done). Throughout the day, my calls to her store were never answered. At the end of the day I end up speaking on my mom's phone with Sheree. She tells the same story and seems genuinely concerned about why the number isn't right; it was what the UPS guy gave her. In the conversation she claims she texted me the tracking number days ago but deletes her texts so there is no proof. I ask if she maybe got the dress mixed up and it was still in the store - no, she shipped it Tuesday. I said that her story wasn't adding up and she seemed quite offended. She would talk to the UPS guy tomorrow and get it figured out. Tomorrow, Tuesday September 4th, I finally receive a tracking number from her via text. It doesn't work. I texted saying it didn't work and also called, but never got a response. I called the Brookings UPS and the lady working told me someone came in with this package 20 minutes prior to my call. I receive the dress the next day and find a slip in the box saying, "Please send payment. Sorry I could not finish alterations. I do not have the skill to finish it. Sorry." On top of not staying true to her deadlines, lying about when she shipped it, and lying to us about the progress of the dress, she also NEVER FINISHED THE ALTERATIONS. It truly pains me to say this as Brookings needs a store like this, but I would highly recommend not providing her with more business.

Have taken many items to sell. They are very picky (as they should be) about what they take…read more However, I do not think all of my items they take I get my commission. Have been very disappointed. I can't believe that some of the stuff they have taken of mine did not sell, as many of the items were like new and in very good condition. I will not be taking any more clothes there.
