This is going to be my third pregnancy cared for by Dr J.Gabriel Guajardo and wow just so happy here, I tell the workers I wouldn't go anywhere else and that's the truth! I always feel safe and I feel comfortable around everyone, they genuinely care about my pregnancy health and no questions are too small or too much for them to answer. Organized appointments and love the app you can use. I've had such great deliveries with the Dr with no complications, my expectations are made here. The office staff is amazing and always friendly, they remember you and always make your day! Definitely recommend this OBGYN. read more

Dr. Guajardo is excellent. He takes the time to listen, review your history and then explains possible procedures/solutions to your health concerns in detail. His education, experience and knowledge are impressive. Plus, he does Pellet HRT which I could not live without. Pellet HRT has improved the quality of my life tremendously and I no longer have to travel to San Antonio to do it. I had a great visit and I look forward to many years with Dr. Guajardo and his very professional and courteous staff. I also love his nurse, Shannon. read more

in my opinion Dr. G. is one of the BEST OBGYN here in Texas - in the Brownsville (Valley area) part of TX. I WOULD definitely recommend him to ALL my preggo friends... I'm very happy I picked him ( I googled him of course and so far everyone had great things to say about him and it's true. He is very nice, humble and respectful. He makes you feel safe and happy about everything and tells you all the pros and cons of things. This was my first baby and he made me feel very safe through it all. He ended up saving mine and my baby's life - I ended up getting Preeclampsia and he knew exactly what to do. Thank you Dr. G. BEST OBGYN - hands down. read more

After I saw 2 doctors I was really concerned about what is happening with me, then I got in touch with dr. Guajardo who help me understand what is going on by answering all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and caring. The staff at his office made everything easy from scheduling to getting all the paperwork done. I warmly recommend dr. Dr. Guajardo is and his staff are best. So caring and compassionate. He listens to my concerns and I never feel rushed. I love that he's constantly trying to learn to keep up with new technologies and advancements in HRT. He provides way more services than a typical OBGYN! weight loss meds, anti-aging procedures, etc. I recently moved from Brownsville to Weslaco and started going to his NEW McAllen office.
