Personally for me, he has fixed fencing/gate, repaired and restructured a sun room that was leaking in my rental, laid flooring with removal and was fast and efficient. I recently inquired for his services that he provides for a relatively small project. Upon hearing and viewing photos I sent, he stated that he can complete the job for a proposed price which I accepted. Then, I agreed on an upcoming day later in the week that he suggested. I contacted him the day before to verify he would come. He said that he wasn't able to for his own reasons. He then stated that he would definitely come by the next day at a mutually agreed upon time. The next day, he called at the time he was suppose to arrive and said he was out of town on another job. He said that he would still arrive later on in the day. Four hours passed; and he never showed. I attempted to contact him if he still planned to complete this job that was agreed upon. No response at all and communication suddenly stopped altogether. And, I had to set aside my own time and adjust my schedule to accommodate this work job -- which he was aware of. This is very disappointing and not the way to do business... Bad experience. If you don't fully intend to complete a job in the first place, why even bother to communicate and waste someone else's time. I was very cordial and polite to him. I would look elsewhere. Contacted J green Handyman Services through Yelp app and sent a picture of my project Josh responded to my request 3 days later. Josh asked me a quick question. I sent in my response and he never got back to me. I later followed up with him by phone 4 days later was told he could do my project. He would come by on Saturday to do the repairs, never showed up or called. Do not recommend him Horrible customer service!! read more

I called J.Green to get some small repair work done on my home, after the first handyman that was scheduled was a no show and no call either. Jason responded & set an appointment Asap. That appointment was rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances. Jason came today on time and was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient. He fixed the one item very quickly, went on to the next,again very quickly and explained the other items didnt need to be repaired at all. I was impressed with his honesty & real estate knowledge that related to my home repairs and kindness as he didnt charge me for the items he said were minor. Made a request on Yelp and had trouble getting someone to help with rotted floor under toilet. No one wanted to do it. Luckily Yelp sent the request to several companies and Josh was the only one willing to help. Mind you, this was after 2 weeks of contacting individual companies and having them say "nope we don't do that" (contractors, plumbers). Some even came out to look and never heard from them again. ‍ WTH!. Josh came out the next day to inspect and got a quote from him in about a day. Since some tile was going to be removed and was old we asked if he could change the tile on the whole floor. Josh was more than willing to assist with that as well. He was very responsive to questions and concerns. Helped with process of choosing tile grout, etc. as he is very knowledgeable. When working was very neat, considerate to minimize noise since we work from home. Made sure we knew what was going on. Overall very happy with his work. Great guy to talk to. Josh was very patient, understanding and accommodating to everything we needed. We feel very luck that we found him to help with this job. Josh did great for me. His work to replace the garbage disposal was done correctly and satisfactory. He was quick to come to take a look and ended up working on it right away. There was a leak and he fixed it. Good man to work with as he explains the problem and even educating about how the problem came about and what to avoid in the future.
