Delighted, I came and picked it up to the tune of less than $500. His expertise saved me a couple thousand bucks and time without my vehicle. I am fairly confident most other shops would have just taken my cash and rebuilt a transmission that didn't need it. Joe is not much of a talker, but he's an honest mechanic who knows his craft. The shop may be a little hard to get a hold of - phone tag and whatnot - and I think he had forgotten about the call a few days later when I dropped off anyway, but it's worth the patience to come here.

The dealership was over $1800. After looking on yelp I found Joe at Broadway transmissions. I was able to talk to him and was quoted $900-1000 for a brand new clutch. He was able to pick up our car after lunch and was very courteous to my wife. My wife was able to catch an Enterprise rental to return to Dallas. Our car was fixed in just a few days and has run beautifully every since! We were able to pay his wonderful wife by credit card and pick up the car over the weekend even while they were closed. I wouldn't have trusted this business as much if they hadn't had such great YELP reviews. They are an honest, attentive and professional outfit! You won't go wrong with their servce.
