Communicated for weeks about my truck build, once it had been in their shop for about a week they called me and told me they "dont know what to do pick it up now" and repeatedly said another guy with a Silverado was in the process of suing them. I sent the truck in with nothing but a dead battery and 10 grand worth of parts and got it back broken down. They told me there was metal in the transmission and they didn't know how to delete the DOD (weeks were spent discussing the build) which didn't matter either way given I gave them every part to rebuild and bullet proof the transmission had the truck sent straight to Chevy and the transmission had 0 metal in it and nobody has been able to figure out why my truck is broken down a week later, absolute unprofessional bums. read more

I brought my truck in after it began having trouble starting. The team inspected it thoroughly and discovered the fuel pump needed to be replaced. During their inspection they also pointed out that the brakes were wearing down and recommended taking care of that while it was already in the shop. Firstly, I'm not an easy customer. Patience is not one of my virtues. I tend to fixate on issues that don't even exist, but these folks changed all that. They kept me updated with photos, virtually every time they turned a wrench on my 04 Corvette. They are meticulous, if not downright anal about the work they turn out. They do the job right the first time, no do-overs. Their pricing is more than fair compared to other shops in the OKC Metro that specialize in high performance vehicles. I 100% trust these guys to work on my Corvette. There are some other performance shops in town who could learn a thing or two from Automotive MD's business model. They stand behind their work. I plan on having them do a Stage 2 engine upgrade after the first of the year. Living in Midwest City, it's a bit of a trek to their location, but it's well worth the trip. Having owned multiple Corvettes over the years and being the recipient of shoddy repairs at one time or another, I can honestly say without hesitation, Automotive MD stands head and shoulders above virtually any other repair shop in the OKC Metro that I've ever dealt with. WORST mechanic I have ever been to. Not only was the work done badly they were horribly rude to me when I asked about needing an oil change on top of the services I had done there. They told me there would be a payment processing fee and it was 50$!!! it was listed as a "custom fee" but I wasn't told what it was for other than payment processing?? Took my truck in the other day and asked if I could be seen today and the guy told me I would Forsure get seen that day. After calling a couple times to see any updates they never looked at my truck and wasn't going to tell me that but I happen to call when they were about to close. So I pick my truck up the next day and they tell me I have 17 error codes and can't do anything else till I buy this sensor for $300. These people are so stupid I took it to a different shop that same day and they told me I only had 6 and they got my truck working perfect within 2 hours and way cheaper than these guys . took my van here brcause they said they where triple a they are not look it up on triple a website. i threw a timing belt and broke the motor i payed to have it looked at found out the motor was not worth saving. so i 3rd partied a motor . my van then sat for 4 months.finally got the motor changed but now my vsa abs transmision all not working. his answer pretty much after i paid was it was pre existing and how is he to know.so here i am almost a ytear later about a month after i picked it up. i took it to the dealer today and within 5 minutes solved all the problems i was having . this clown at auto md didnt hook a wire up that connects the ecm,to the tcm which tells the transmission when the motor needs it to shift and since the motor doesnt know electronically that the car is in drive or parked it was making my power doors act funny . and rather than this guy listen to me he wanted to say it was pre existing. well maybe if you had listened to me you would have a good reveiw and i would recommend you. but since you wanna be a sleezy ball. your gonna get the truth i tryed working with you . 1 wire thats all you had to do. 1 wire betwqeen a happy customer and now im bitter and want every one to know how you treat people . so i got a motor swapp no abs no vsa no power doors and a transmission that is shifting hard. 5 minutes at battision and my doors work and it shift like a dream. so i called to let him know what the problem was . and he starts being a dickhead im like i can bring it doiwn right now unhook the wire and make the problems happen . he said he doesnt want me or my not cherry van on his property. i get defending your people but when your wrong own it. he tryed to sell me a battery that i just got brand new. tryed to sell me a pressure pad in the transmisssion which i dont need because it works since i have the emc tpms system now talking to each other. so either he was inducking a malfunction to charge me more or his tech is mad or his tech isnt as good as everyone thinks. if you have a sports car you might have better luck but if you have a mini van you get put on the back of the list. just saying 1 wire and himn listening would have gotten a 5 star but since his tech racked up the hours on this job its my fault . this was a fail dont go here. he is not on the aaa approved repair list. beware read more
