It was my daughters room and that girl smiled from ear to ear when she saw he fixed it. So needless to say Alvarez Painting is our go to from now on. We just had our workout room painted by them yesterday and they were flawless yet again. Employees were respectful, well paced while paying attention to quality and kind when we asked stupid questions! They cleaned up their mess and let us inspect their perfection.I also found out they do way more than just paint!! He gave me the estimate, which was reasonable, considering I had several others that were outrageously high, or they never got back to me after the original quote. He and his crew arrived when he said they would and completed the job in 4 days. They did replace some deck boards for us which didn't come out right, but they aren't carpenters, so that was on us, I suppose. The stain color for the front and back porch was wrong, but I blame Sherwin Williams for not matching it correctly. Jesus came back out a week later and re-stained both porches with the original stain we used before. They did a great job on the painting, and we appreciated that he made the porches right, even after I had already paid him. He and his team were courteous and worked efficiently. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional paint job at a reasonable price.

Instead of painting my whole house, the crew showed up, painted two rooms, and then proceeded to tell me that Herb had not paid them and they needed money from us to complete the job, including buying paint, after I had already given $3,600 to this man. We've taken them to court, and he didn't show up, and we were awarded the 3600 dollars that we won't ever get because the man is a dirtbag lowlife. I would never do business with him if you want quality work to be done. I'd love to see how many companies this man has opened after being sued.
