I came across J.J. Sebastian after receiving a speeding ticket on my way from Virginia to Buffalo to see the Bills play. I called the police station that issued the ticket and the court house with NO response as to how to proceed with the ticket. After being given false information from the police officer, it felt like I was being forced into the only option of pleading guilty and paying the ticket blindly.
