In the large deli section they were cranking out hot meals and other orders. I found a section for pre-made sandwiches and was delighted to see thick panini's with plenty of meat. Nice selection overall. Only bummer? The self serve coffee station of air pots showed some blends, but the coffee was cooled down and stale. But I didn't pay much for it either. Discovered this candy store on Facebook this past September. They were sponsors for a hot air…read moreballoon festival. A drive to Carlton was an easy up and back from the TC. And this candy store was an easy find off the freeway exit. I followed the lollipops along the east side of a gas station. It was hidden behind the gas station. Lining the drive to the parking lot were pretty, tall pine trees. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but walking up to the door were family-friendly activities. A photo booth and wooden tables to play games, like checkers and jenga. Inside is clean and organized aisles of bulk candy. We came to look but did leave with a couple bottles of root beer and cans of Northern Soda company pop. The cashier wasn't too amused that I work in the same city that is manufactured in. I had also just gotten back from a trip to Wyoming and Montana and was on a Huckleberry high. I did find some Huckleberry flavored things there as well.

We ordered the Lumberjack and the Open Range. I have eaten a lot of pizza from many pizza joints and honestly the Lumberjack has one of the most delicious flavors I have ever tasted in terms of pizza. And the Open Range was also very pleasant. They were both very flavorful. And the crust was perfect. Sometimes with the wood fire pizza you get the outside crust crispy and the center crust soggy and that was not the case today. These pizzas were cooked perfectly. The pizzas are more of a personal pizza or a snack pizza. We got two for 2 adults and to small children and it was a perfect light lunch for our family. Our wait was times 30-40 minutes which I didn't think was bad for a fresh pizza and the brewery was busy. People were grabbing pizzas what seemed like every five minutes, so the pizza truck was definitely busy as well. Everyone here was grabbing pizzas. I am excited to try more of their menu options!
