We canceled and called on a weekday and wouldn't even come out for a week and half. Disappointing to say the least. We expected more from Goyette.

Failed on six separate service visits to fix our Maytag furnace (which they installed less than 4…read moreyears ago). They stopped responding to my requests for help. An admission that they couldn't (and wouldn't) help us service their own product. One of the techs told me they don't install many Maytag furnaces; now I know why. Seems they should be able to support what they sell. We had other problems with them 4 years ago during the work on our build - essentially lied about timelines and were slow to respond. In my view, they're too big to care about residential customers.
