I hired Roger for a metal roof repair job caused by a tree falling on the roof. He provided a proposal which specified that he would replace all damaged metal and this document was signed by both parties. Roger came out and installed patches over the damaged metal roof using an old scrap piece of metal that was located on my property. After contacting Roger about this attempted repair, he said he would return to perform the repair as stated in his proposal i.e. replace all damaged metal. Roger has said that he will be coming 7 times the past 7 weeks, but will not come to do what he said that he would do. I am an elderly veteran and wanted to share my story on how Roger Hill treats his customers, doesn't do what he says he will do and doesn't show up when he says that he will.

They even noticed some things (an outside spigot, a drain for the washer) that needed to be altered / upgraded that had nothing to do with making the bathroom and quietly did it because they cared. Well rough estimates bu 2 other companies showed me Yes I was over charged and by tooooo much!!!!!one quote was no more that $3999.00 at max.... Knowing what I know now i would highly recommend you get 2-3 more quotes anx pick a winner that way. Ben came out to our cabin to give us a quote (spring of 2022) on painting as we were way overdue…read more Such a nice guy, went through everything he would do and offered paint samples of the color we wanted. Given the cabin, garage, sauna, woodshed and outhouse we felt his quote was very reasonable. In Sept. 2022, as promised he showed up to pressure wash all the buildings, after drying he went around and caulked all necessary areas.....which were many. The following week Ben, Tammy, Andy and Dave showed up to start painting. What a friendly, professional, caring and considerate group of people!!! They truly care about people wanting to be happy. Can't say how happy we are with what Ben and his team did! Will definitely use him and HandiPro for future projects!!!
