He performed the work in the time frame he had promised. He and his crew arrived early each morning, and worked straight through until the day's work was complete. His crew members were friendly, and all introduced themselves and shook my hand. By the project's completion, I knew each of them by name. I've spent my life in the construction trades, and I've never seen a crew work so well together, in terms of being considerate and helpful of each other. Derrick himself was on the job most of the time, and was right in the middle of the finishing process. On the occasions he had to leave the job, his foreman handled everything beautifully. The finished project is exactly what I had envisioned, and I could not be more pleased. I think anyone would be well served to choose Symbolic Custom Designs for their concrete and masonry work.
