I brought the factory edges back in that I cut off. My goal was to at least be constructive and point out that there needed to be more quality control for the customers. But one of the staff agreed with me that what I brought in was unacceptable, and was happy to apply my purchase price to another product... So I ordered what I needed, paid a little more (because what I ordered next COST more) and the product was shipped in from another location because they didn't stock it at that location.
