Staff were very friendly. I knocked off a star for 2 reasons: because the aisles were a bit tight and the carts huge. Trying to pass people without knocking something off was a bit nerve wracking. Also, some incredibly high prices on a few decor items I've seen at Hobby Lobby and other stores. I found some really adorable items, but even Amazon sells them cheaper.

They always seem to keep the place understaffed. Trying to find someone is tough and I don't think I've seen more than one yET at the register no matter how long the lines are. They are quick to apologize for the wait. The computers are often adding to the problem being slower than molasses to ring you up. The staff are always pleasant but the experience is consistently one that has me saying I wont go back and will try and find a different place to buy my home decor needs.

The owners are knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about what they do. The store is laid out beautifully with such attention to detail about how each and every item is placed. Almost every inch is covered in their fantastic work. You can find items here as small as a fraction of your fingernail and things you just won't find anywhere else.
