Todd and his team said the furnace was fine but the duct work was a mess. I knew this but was not pointing it out to contractors. He then suggested zoning the house while fixing the ducts. My house is bigger and there are several areas of the house that zoning would work great at. Now that we are into winter I am really happy. The team spent a couple weeks fixing everything. Todd has checked back in to make sure all is good. We used to have parts of the house that would not stay warm but not any longer. Now I can also bring the temperature down in areas that are not in use and quickly heat them back up when we want to be in that part of the house. Most of all I appreciated Todd's way of working with me. I had a couple questions and some concerns both during the bid and installation. He took the time to explain the why and what of the job. He made some adjustments to the design based on our discussions and stood firm on other design aspects which he felt were needed to keep the job quality high.

Finally it was explained by one of their techs that they are furnace techs. I have a boiler. I need to have a boiler tech come take a look. I explained the problem to Consumers Powers and asked that they stop sending me furnace techs, I have a boiler. Tim from Pearson Plumbing and Heating arrived the next day. Tim took care of business. He explained what was happening, corrected the problem and informed me on the different options available to avoid lines from freezing.
