BEWARE!! We hired Howard's Tree Service for tree removal, stump grinding, and fence installation,…read moreand it's been a nightmare from start to finish. While we paid in full, the stump grinding was never completed. The new fence he installed was not straight and collapsed just three months later due to shoddy workmanship, and the debris from the old fence was never removed -- despite multiple assurances that it would be. What's worse, Quentin Howard kept promising to come back and finish the job. Week after week, we were told, "I'll be there next week," or "I'll get it done by the weekend." We gave him the benefit of the doubt far too many times. We were more than patient. He practically ghosted us after taking our money. This kind of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Save yourself the money, stress, and cleanup -- hire someone else. This is not just bad service -- it's flat-out dishonest and irresponsible. Howard's Tree Service should not be in business. Spend your money with someone who actually stands behind their work and respects their customers.

After rescheduling/delaying our first meeting several times, on September 19 she failed to show for a meeting with us and her contractor who did show. It was actually quite impressive to watch these guys work. The tree surgeon was always in constant communcation with the crane operator. At first, I was quite nervous watching a huge tree branch dangling over my home as it was brought from the back yard to the front, but after the first few rounds - it was awe-inspiring to watch and was obvious these guys were true professionals. During the job, there was minor damge to one of our roof shigles. We were informed that they had already contacted a roofer and was schedled to come out the very next day to replace/repair at no charge to us. They proactively provided the solution to the problem.
