I noticed that the Bad reviews were by women, and in my experience, a lot of women rely on Emotion rather than Fact in most cases. So I discounted their bad reviews and decided to give Affordable Sprinkler Services a call. I had no pressure in Zone #2 of my lawn sprinkler system. I called Affordable Sprinkler Services yesterday and expected to get Mark, the Owner, who is mentioned in a number of the reviews. A fellow named Nate answered and said he could come right out. Nate is prompt, very knowledgeable and tracked the problem right down to a bad solenoid in the valve box. He had the correct parts on the truck and replaced the bad valve on the spot. Nate also checked the sprinkler heads and found one that did not have a filter in it and he installed one. Quality service at a fair price. I highly recommend Affordable Sprinkler Services for sprinkler system repair and service.

We had to keep begging Rich to send his guys out because the grass was dying and we were hand watering as much as we could. Weeds then grew in. They left our yard a complete mess! Rich said he was busy and couldn't get his guys out to finish because of this and he didn't have the money. Why would any business owner start a project they can't finish or afford! We have a large yard and HAD beautiful grass. He destroyed 3/4 of our grass and other plants due to his untimely install and said he would replace it. He then played games with us. He said he didn't have the money to fix it, then he said he would pay for the sod replacement, then refused again. We are still owed 4k and now have to buy and install over 9 pallets of sod. His family members who are employees say they treat them terribly and underpay them. Rich then tried to say we had the timer set to 5 min and this is why the grass died. I have a detailed timeline with video footage, text messages and photos. The system was disconnected and not properly installed/connected for over three months. This is why the grass died. Nice try Rich! This company was decent years ago but has gone downhill fast. I hope no one falls victim to his negligence and carelessness again.

Brian came up with a solution to upgrade both and lawn and flower beds to be on an electrical timer. This involved taking up driveway pavers. They came today (2/16/26) to install and worked very diligently and cleaned up the area afterwards. (it was an all-day project) Brian was very efficient and showed me the operating sprinklers/ drip hoses in beds. It's obvious he and his workers (Spencer and Jon?) enjoy what they are doing- making one's garden look better. I would hire them again!

She introduced us and he stopped by when he finished. He adjusted the sprinkler levels and times in areas where grass was drying out, checked my settings and showed me where the reclaim box and valves were. He said to monitor it and keep adjusting, and was honest enough to say it's a Catch-22: He can come install a pipe to raise the sprinkler, but will cause other problems with wind, hurricanes etc. Rather than trying to sell me something that didn't work. I had just planted some ornamental grasses and he confirmed that they'd be alright in their locations. He even advised me that watering is allowed only once a week, as per the city, and alerted me that I could get a ticket if I water more frequently. I hope my system will continue to function without problem, but if it doesn't I know who to call. Thank you, Chris!

He rerouted the piping from my pump to my water tank, relocated the pressure gauge to a better position and installed a fitting so that we can prime the water pump if needed. He was very knowledgeable, explained the process and the issues related to my galvanized water tank. He worked on it over two hours. His final invoice, parts prices and labor were very fair.
