After reminding that we booked ahead, they spent 15 minutes discussing amongst themselves what sounded like a schedule issue (they were not talking in English). They finally said they've figured it all out and asked us to move to the massage rooms. Sensing the overbooking case, I clearly told them that I would want one therapist for the whole hour before walking in the massage room. Now here's the best part- a therapist enters the room at 12:55 (please note our appointments were for 12:30), it has already been a very confusing 25 mins, then starts the massage only to walk out 15 mins later. She tells me at 1:10, her exact words "sorry, another customer, my colleague would come shortly". I SPEND THE NEXT 25 minutes WAITING ON THE MASSAGE TABLE, UNDER A THIN SHEET, IN THE MIDDLE OF WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A RELAXING 60 MINUTES MASSAGE. Who does that? Which massage place leaves you unattended for 25 minutes in the middle of a massage? Someone does show up at 1:35pm, says sorry, and start working on the shoulders again. I try 3 times to tell her that the previous girl also worked on the shoulders, but she doesn't understand given language barrier. I ask her to limit to a 30 min massage at this point. I had already spent over an hour at their place by this point, of which 25 minutes were left unattended on a massage table. Oh and, they still asked for a 20% gratuity on the 30 min massage. I paid, and the only reason I am not giving them 1 star is because the girl who eventually gave me the 30 min massage did an ok job. Overall, it was the most disappointing experience ever. I'd not go there again.
