ImaginOn: The Joe & Joan Martin Center on Seventh Street downtown to name just three. Each has specialties that make them individuals. The South County Regional had a really extensive collection of books and materials for the younger set. While we had trouble finding 2 to 4 year old age-appropriate books at other locations, South County Regional satisfied our needs. The library itself was newish, clean and easy to get to, with available free parking. Unlike some other libraries in the district, this one had more library materials but fewer things (toys and games) for kids to play with. Nice library and recommended.

There's computers available to use as a guest or library member. There's plenty of empty tables for reading or bringing your own laptop. Theres options for closed quiet spaces and I'm sure reservations can be made for groups. Kid zones throughout. I didn't see the whole library but it was very active and well kept as it seemed libraries were on the decline. Not at this location.

We arrived at 4 knowing it closed at 5 p.m. A friendly attendant greeted us at the gate and asked if we were new visitors which we were, and he informed us that the last tour was already progress and we could join in, or explore the grounds on our own. This is an experience everyone young and old would enjoy! The tour is a glimpse into Mr. Graham's life, his ministry, and his travels around the world. The gardens and grounds are beautiful, and there's a memorial garden on site. We're already planning to return to experience the full tour, which is said to be at least an hour and a half long and it's free. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable.

The volunteers are incredibly friendly and courteous, and I really appreciate that in this AI age, we still get to enjoy genuine human interactions. The self-guided tour takes about 1.5 to 2 hours, and the presentation is excellent--it's a great opportunity to learn about Billy Graham's ministry, his life story, and his family. As a Christian myself, I find his faith very inspiring! I highly recommend everyone, regardless of their background or beliefs, to visit this meaningful place! Parking and admission are free. Recommended to book your free tickets before your visit.

The Plaza Midwood Manager asked and asst that I was another person who has cause trouble in the past (Oct 2025) and that she pulled an employee by the of Miss. Kerry tried to ID me as the person and couldn't ID me. Plaza Midwood Manager push the issue that I was that person and said they have video, which was not true and threaten to call police If i did not give her my ID. I only ask to use the phone for 5 mins only. This manager really went out her way to stress out customer with no proof at ALL. (Couldn't ID Person by involving another employee and threaten to call the Police if I didn't show proof) and got permission to use the phone for 5 mins. This manager made this experience at this location unwelcoming and non-service place for people looking and needing service. I suggest others looking for service at another location. This manager Negative ENERGY!!!! Every Manager position is Replaceable because how they treat others. (Employee and Customer)

Pretty much the only reason I come to the library is because I need to print something. Who has a printer? Not me. Printing was free for a bit at the library which was nice, but they've started charging again. It's only 25 cents per page for black and white and 50 cents per page for color which is well worth not having to deal with a printer for me. This isn't my normal library, but it was on our way when we were running errands so we stopped here instead. There's a convenient app you can use to upload and print your documents. The reason for the lower than normal rating here is because none of the librarians knew how to use it. The app is straightforward if you're adding a printer for the first time. Unfortunately, I had my normal library set up already and couldn't figure out how to add another library. The librarians only seemed to know how to repeat the instructions on the sign (which assumed you had never set up a printer before). I ended up having to email the stuff to myself, log into a computer, and print from there which is more time consuming. The computers also turn off immediately 10 minutes before it closes so I was in a race with the clock. It shut down seconds after I clicked print. I hope they get the issues with the app resolved so you can have more than one library (or inform staff how to do that). Until then, I'll stick to my normal library.
