I remember the claims process with the plan Crawford got us was so fast I was at BAND practice at memorial 3 hours after the police department gave the all clear. So naturally, it's my time to buy a house. I call up Mr. James Santiago- first words out of his mouth are "how's your family?". That's the atmosphere here. Now usually, at a place like that, you pay extra for some broker to put your cookie cutter templates in and spit out a $2000 per year quote, wait 10 years for your escrow to kick in, and then the quotes wrong anyway. James Santiago not only got more comprehensive coverage than the competitors (others quoting me $2600 a year) he nearly halved it. I got the quote at 3:37 pm. I had a policy paid for by 5:00 pm. The whole team knocks it out of the park (my team was James and Brittany, and they rock). For my family and myself, it's been over 30 years with Crawford and we won't ever consider another option. Jim Santiago cares for this town as if you're his own family, and it shows when he looks at your expenses and treats quotes like it's his own money being spent. Beyond pleased.
