However…read moreI went this week and the person doing my nails dripped nail polish on my skin and after it was dry, instead of using remover used the drill to take it off and then used the buffer after, yes this was on my skin... I ended up with a cut on my finger or more like the first layer of my skin drilled off on top of my finger. I've also had my nails on for 2 days and IYKYK my hair is already getting stuck in them when I shower.... $90 down the drain and left with a cut on my finger.

They ask that if you're not happy you speak to them prior to leaving the salon, that's difficult to do when the technicians claim that they don't understand what you're saying. I went in for a simple manicure and came out with half done cuticles streaky, bumpy polish, and the nails are so misshapen and that it's not even funny! I gave them another chance by going in today, I won't make that mistake again and I'd recommend that if you're looking for a quality nail salon, look somewhere else. Super disappointed.

i would like to start off by saying that my nails are decent. i booked an appointment over the…read morephone for a full set of acrylics and i was sat on time. the woman who did my acrylics hardly talked to me but had no problem yelling to speak to her coworkers. the place was overall a little overstimulating. the acrylics by themselves were done very well, but i felt that she didn't care when it came to painting the gel polish. so, my nails don't look perfect and i was still expected to pay $70 for them. i know acrylics can be expensive, but i would much rather be charged $50 or $60 for this type of work. if you want ACRYLICS, i would suggest finding somewhere that charges less!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. I got an ANC on my hands and it was terrible. My toes were fine, just the gel,…read morebut when the owner did my hands, it was terrible. She used a cuticle cutter and took a chunk of my cuticle out and just put glue over it while it was still bleeding and now there is blood under my nail! Not to mention, the shape is all off, they are bumpy, the white color is off, and she used the drill against my cuticles and it hurt so bad. I would NOT recommend this place at all. I've NEVER left a review before but this experience was so bad, that I just needed to. Now I have to try and fix it without hurting my nails even more. I was going to say something about it but I was already there for 4 hours, and didn't want to wait another hour for her to attempt to fix this.
