They asked her what color and then chose for her. When all was said and done I paid and tipped (20%) and they told me I did not tip enough and said they needed more. I did not give them more. I went in for a simple manicure and came out with half done cuticles streaky, bumpy polish, and the nails are so misshapen and that it's not even funny! i would like to start off by saying that my nails are decent. i booked an appointment over the…read morephone for a full set of acrylics and i was sat on time. the woman who did my acrylics hardly talked to me but had no problem yelling to speak to her coworkers. the place was overall a little overstimulating. the acrylics by themselves were done very well, but i felt that she didn't care when it came to painting the gel polish. so, my nails don't look perfect and i was still expected to pay $70 for them. i know acrylics can be expensive, but i would much rather be charged $50 or $60 for this type of work. if you want ACRYLICS, i would suggest finding somewhere that charges less!!

She used a cuticle cutter and took a chunk of my cuticle out and just put glue over it while it was still bleeding and now there is blood under my nail!
