I do not recommend you use this company that will fleece you for an inch (literally). We used this company for moving our RV 3 miles, and paid the full amount someone would pay to take this a lot longer distance. The driver did the very minimum and took our RV from point A to point B without issue. The issue arose when he let us know it would be $150 extra to back the RV onto 2 leveling blocks. He did not let us know ahead of time that it would cost us $300 to drive 3 miles and then roll forward 1-2 inches onto these leveling blocks, so we were taken aback. The driver had also taken our blocks home which we needed to level our RV (accidentally), but was unable to return them the next day. He was unwilling to make a fair decision to roll our RV forward 1-2 inches onto these blocks, so he deferred to the "boss man" as he called it. I had called the office to see if they would be reasonable and they returned my call and let me know that they would be able to cut me a deal to have the driver roll the RV forward 1-2 inches for only $100. I let them know that was how outrageous that was due to how much I had already paid and how little they had to do the previous day. I denied their ridiculous offer and asked the driver simply return the blocks instead. It is not a good idea to hire this company if your goal if you would like to avoid getting ripped off by them.

They took the initiative to coordinate with the septic pump firm and got them out that afternoon. Next day they fixed the issue in a manner of a few hours. In addition, Jason, Byron and Ronnie were so professional and just good dudes. My dog thought the same thing and he's pretty picky about who he warms up to. I see a few negative reviews about the hourly cost. That just seems out of touch. We've had other plumbers both here and in Dallas and TPH's rate is right in line and frankly better service. I'm canceling my other annual contract and will be using TPH.

It literally is a plug in part. The service charge was $187, which I thought was high. But the guys they sent out replaced the wrong one. So after they left the same error code was again sent. So I had to call T. P. Howard again to come back and replace the correct one. Even though they were the ones that made the error, they charged me another $187 to come back and correct THEIR MISTAKE. I don't think I should have had to pay them again to come back to fix their mistake! That's $374 to plug in a part! That's just greed, plain and simple! Avoid them!

He indicated he would need to step out to pick up a part, but that he would be back within the hour to repair it. And he was absolutely true to his word. The entire repair, from assessment to clean up, took less than two hours, and our furnace was back up and running.
