Then attempted to auger line and couldn't get the auger to go down the correct branch of y-pipe. So went inside and used the cleanout inside the crawl space and releases sewage into the house. After successfully cleaning the clog, this plumber decided not to finish the job which required repairing the cracked pipe, and left promising to return the next day. When I called in the morning, I did not hear back and had to call back again. Finally heard back from an irate and rude plumber who said I made him look bad and refused to finish the work. I would not recommend this unprofessional and rude plumbing company.
