They are located within Emory Hospital and up the hall from the ultrasound office so it just aligned so well with my healthcare plan. First let me say, Ms. Tasha at the front is my absolute FAVORITE. It was so nice to hear a familiar voice every time I called and had an appointment. After 9 months of appointments at the same place, sometimes once a week, you get to liking folks lol. I was incredibly nervous being a first time mom and the ladies in the office are so sweet, they really make GCFW look good and were the best parts of my appointments. I didn't have as much face time with Dr. Lemon as I expected as I primarily met with the midwife, Allegra, from the beginning. When I did meet with Dr. Lemon she was so sweet and has the biggest smile. Dr. Lemon did some ultrasounds on me towards the end to check on baby J and did some other tests. Allegra was so great and my main healthcare provider while carrying my son and I got really comfortable with her. Well... in the role she plays, you better be comfortable! Lol. She is very calm and mellow, even when I was a nervous wreck lol. I was begging her to make sure that I delivered on a certain day so my mom could be in the room and I know she wanted to get rid of my crazy self then, lol. But she was always so patient. All in all, a wonderful practice and team. I'm so happy that I found them and that I have them on my healthcare team.

Your back is a pretty important part of your body (and, actually I had forgotten from HS Bio all there is to your "back"!)...so I have been increasingly worried over the last six weeks about what is really wrong. Enter my first visit to Dr Schiff. The first thing I have to rate is the staff. Exceptionally pleasant, efficient - the office runs like a very smooth machine. I did have the second earliest appt (815) and arrived before the first person, so I was seen swiftly. Always a plus in a dr visit. I talked with his nurse, Sonia (yep, I got her card as I left, too), about medical history (looong) up to my current problems. She even let me answer out loud instead of writing all my answers down on that darn paper, and just put them in the laptop. Then I got Xrays done (another nice person whose name I wish I remembered!) and was right back to the exam room. Dr Schiff arrived quickly (see, this efficient thing is a repeat theme) and probably spent 20-30 min with me. Sparing you all the results, let's just say it's not dire but it's not great. He and I covered the pain, the locations, all that and he did a full bend here/push that/move this way exam. He ALSO said- I think this is very important- that we would cross that bridge if/when needed when I inquired about the shots (um, epidurals) that can be administered for some kinds of pain/injury. Whew. And I hope that the regimen of 4-6 wks of PT (they have several PT offices in convenient locations as part of their practice), the 6 day course of Medrol and a muscle relaxant at night will get me back on the right road. He also noted that this must NOT be treated as a "no pain, no gain" kinda thing and I can do yoga, but with modifications and a hard stop if anything hurts. Yes, sir. I don't love needing a back dr but I am grateful I was sent to Dr Schiff.

The doctor never ran test took blood did a physical test and denied me medical care because of neurologist has requested for me to have surgery to save my vision so she refused to help me until she see results. Originally coming to north of Atlanta pain clinic I was supposed to be seen by the male doctor somehow I've only been seen by Miss Olga. Who seems very unconcerned she's never touched me at the visit or came through or 3 feet within reach. I fell 5 to 6 feet down while working at UPS in the control center which is not regular grounding. She was able to tell me that she could see records. From other places, including MRI and x-rays from the hospital But she cannot treat me with those records. I was told to get an MRI ordered after that I was told that I was told by Miss Olga that I would need surgery on my neck blockages. I was willing to give up urine going to the hospital I'll being treated for pain in rehab prescriptions taken home in the last four years as needed for pain management in the system and I'm being treated by my primary care as well so sometimes you can't go to the hospital when you have pain management on record. I spoke with her She told me that the nurse said that I refuse to bring in any medical records okay someones lying on my soul and unborn kids I never said that when I'm trying to get medical treatment, I spoke to the nurse about it she could not recall. So then she proceeds to call me and tell me that I can't even see the other doctor she canceled my appointment over the phone as if she just doesn't want me at the location for treatment. aching burning tingling and feeling like bugs are crawling over me. I have rheumatoid arthritis. I have a neck injury, a back injury, and I also have fibromyalgia and she told me none of those sicknesses had anything to do with Pain. I also have fluid in my brain that I'm having surgery for on Thursday so life hasn't been easy. I just have never felt so empty in the inside any hospital I go to they take care of me because of my records any doctor I go to they take care of me. She wanted to have surgery. And my primary care and neurologist advised me to wait after that she didn't want to speak. I feel like I'm being discriminated against because of my color.

Before seeing Dr. Gustafson, I waited less than 5 minutes before her Medical Assistant Shantell brought me back for my vitals. Her personable & lighthearted demeanor added to my anticipation of a positive visit. A few minutes later Dr. Gustafson came in & throughout my examination, it felt like we were having a book club through a GYN lens. I'm well pleased with the interactive time & conversation with Dr. Gustafson as she gave me more insights & practical ways to integrate the "Seasoning" GYN insights into my life. I'm a firm believer that a great Doctor is only as great due to their team. From walking in & leaving Nicole, the Front Desk Representative reminded me of myself with her uber spirit & frequency. The way she navigates patients regarding the C-19 mandates was polite & impressive. During lunchtime & in the main lobby of the building, different restaurants rotate in offering food for purchase.
