We told him we would like to hire him in July whenever he could fit us in and he ended up doing it in November. His excuse was that we was waiting for the engineer to approve designs. (Able engineering had to get ahold of me because They could not get ahold of Derrick. They do not email you back or answer the phone. I've sent multiple emails with no response or very minimal. To top it all off, Once he did complete the septic, There was plastic pipe broken up all over our front yard from the old septic bed that took me 4 hours to clean up. He did not put topsoil back down (our front yard is full of class A literally looks like a driveway) and of course when asking him to finish the job and give us our written warranty or certificate of completion as per the quote and there is no response. As first time home buyers, this experience with Derrick has devastated us and we can't believe a company treats there customers this way. If you use this company you should have a good lawyer on speed dial.
