One adjective to describe my accountant there is lackadaisical. Every year there are issues. I…read moredon't know why I have stayed. The first year he forgot to file. I kept checking with the IRS for my status and it couldn't find my return. I thought it was due to the volume so I waited, patiently. When i finally called and checked (after the April 15th deadline) he admitted to forgetting to file. Last year he had to be prompted as to where my status was. This year same thing. I have called three times. He hasn't returned my calls. I spoke to one lady who said the status is on a white board and she could see he was missing two things. Why wasn't I notified??? I provided them. Have called twice and nothing. Yes, lackadaisical may be too nice of a word.

They are very, very helpful and if you deal with them on the phone and get disconnected -- they will call you back! (Be sure to give your number of course). The attitude at most insurance companies is "well YOU need to fill out this and YOU need to call this number and YOU need to explain..." Not at Tangarone, they will most likely offer to do what needs to be done for you or help you through the process (and why shouldn't it be that way? I'm not the insurance expert, they are.) Cannot recommend highly enough.
