Tracey gave the hard sell again the next time and I reluctantly tried it.....and paid an extra $50 for it. Wasn't overly happy with it so next appointment asked to go back to my normal foils but got the hard sell about staying with it. So I gave her the benefit of the doubt and tried it another time.....that's when my hair started to break off. I don't believe it was the product.....Tracey was overlapping and over processing. When I lifted the back of my hair up there was one big block of yellow instead of highlights and it felt chalky. She had obviously missed that part of the hair with the toner and the colour had not been washed out properly.....she's a bit slap dash with the washing process and doesn't lift your head up to get to the back of the head. I went back on my last appointment and asked her to go back to using the original colour......not realising at this stage how bad my hair really was and this time the colour was left on too long and when the apprentice came to check my hair it was Snow White! Then Tracey put a toner on and left me there for 45 minutes while she blow dried another lady's hair. When she finally washed it off It was a greeny gold!!! She also didn't say anything about the damaged hair at the back of my head. Anyway...I had to wear a hat ever since that appointment and my hair has been breaking off everyday and is still breaking off to this day and the appointment was the 8th of December. I did text her to give her feedback about my hair.....nothing nasty....just thought she needed to know and I got no response what so ever, no apology, not even an acknowledgment.

Instead of fine subtle foils, I came out with chunky & blotchy orange ,yellow badly damaged hair. I experienced humiliation and a huge battering to my self esteem from this. The owner Tracey allowed Paige complete control of a process that is evidently far and above her current experience and skill level, and then failed to check her work. I cannot recommend this salon at all.
