So we agreed and as we were looking around I can only 2 staff member who made us wait to served us or at least acknowledge us. We came for our appointment at 2pm Thursday 19 of May. We are very disappointed at the service and was at the salon for 3 hours as I only have very short hair. We decided to leave without a haircut even though I had my hair coloured. We complaint about the service and there's only one lady who cuts hair. If they are short staff they should have told us in the beginning we walk in the My Salon . No they Just want to take more customers in and take our money without good service. I can understand that short staff can happen anywhere but at least let us know if you're short staff and we could have gone else where. I'm discusted with the service. .

Had shampoo in my eyes, the hairdresser complained and made faces cause she had to breathe the dye chemicals. Made me super uncomfortable. After a full brown colour took just over two hours I decided to leave. The hairdresser handed me a towel to dry my own hair. Still charged me $45. If it wasn't for my social anxiety I wouldn't have paid a cent and would really like my money back. Walked into another hairdresser and had to rinse properly and get a blow dry there
