Be more professional fees up front. Don't wait until you have the tow on the truck. Also stick with your original quotes and communicate the delivery address with your driver. After reaching out to my roadside services they connected me with all access towing. I received a call back within 10 minutes with the guy asking me what was wrong with my vehicle. I explained to him what happened and he immediately said we can tow the rental to our yard.... My response was no I want it towed to my house because I know that I'm contractual responsible for anything that happens to this rental while it's in my possession.. he responded and said well they usually take rentals there that have mechanical issues.... Due to past experiences with my own vehicle tow truck drivers either damaging my car while towing and or while it was in the yard received damages ( like my sway bar, or had a dent in the door which cost several thousand dollars to fix) I like my vehicles towed to my home until I figure out what to do. I'm guessing he did not like that response of me wanting the car at my house. His final response was " well we'll talk to your house or whatever no problem" I said okay and hung up. Excuse me if my service address or the address entered as the drop off is my home that's what we're taking it there should not be a discussion or debate of where I want my vehicle to go. Right after we hung up I received the text message from my roadside through my insurance stating that the call was canceled and that they will find me another tow truck???? I live in a pretty nice part of town so I'm assuming they got upset because I did not agree to take the rental to their tow yard.... Which by the way means that the rental place would have to pay them for each day they stored the car on their property... So appeared to be a cash grab thing. I'm a woman who stands about 5'6 the idea that they would leave me stranded in the dark it's crazy. I took my insurance to block them I never want them to pop up for services again on my account.. something that stood out to me... When the guy called my phone he didn't even address himself... After being an hour late I finally was able to make contact with the company directly and they advised they had a driver on the way and he was 45 minutes out. Frustrating that they would be over an hour late but I understand things happen. After that 45 minute wait I called the company again and they advised he was still on the way and that they would get an exact ETA and call me right back. Well, they never called me back And dropped the tow. All in all four hours wasted waiting for these guys. I called, the dispatcher, said she'd need to get a quote from her supervisor, then call me back. She called 10 minutes later with a quote for $195, sent me the invoice, and said she'd dispatch a driver. I paid the invoice, and did not hear back for almost 30 minutes. I called her back, she said the driver was on his way to pick up the lockout kit from their yard - across the street from the Pilot. Ten minutes later I get a call from their driver, he asked the year/make/model of my car, and said he'd be there in 10-15 minutes. Another 30 minutes goes by and I receive a call from their dispatch and she tells me her driver said he wouldn't be able to unlock my car because of the key fob being in the car - I told her this was the 2nd time I have done this, and it wasn't an issue last time. She once again said they couldn't do it, and her supervisor would need to be the one to issue me a refund because she couldn't - but was unaware of how long it would take to post back to my account. I called another tow truck company. The driver was there within 5 minutes, used the same lockout kit that was used before - with absolutely no damage to my car - and I was on my way within 20 minutes of my phone call to them. Also, for a third of the price! If you need ANY type of tow service in the Madera area, use Ron's!!! DO NOT USE THIS PRICE GOUGING COMPANY!!!

Received call back at 4:37pm saying closed until Monday and $50 a day storage. No hold on car per Sheriff dept, yet Golden State said a release is required from Sheriff Office. Deputy specifically stated no hold on car when towed, just owner with ID REQUIRED. Holidays was given for reason not opened until Monday by person who called back us back from Golden State with this number (559)853-7997 person I spoke with on the phone laughed when I stated we were trying all day to get a call back, and also said the Deputy always says no hold but they require a release. No reason given when I asked why, just more laughter.
